The objectives of the Seminar is to create awareness among contract managers on different procedures for Price Adjustment.
The Content of the Seminar: Introduction to price adjustment, sources of coefficients and indices, NCC Price Fluctuation Formula, Formulae in other contracts, the effect of change of legislation in some contracts and case studies.
Participation is open to all those who are in one way or the other, are involved in administering contracts, including Engineers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Clients etc.
The course fee is Tshs.200,000 per participant. The fees will cover expenses for lunch, mid break refreshments and course notes.
