Construction Sector Transparency Initiative (CoST) CoST is an International Multi-Stakeholder Initiative, involving Public and Private Sectors as well as Civil Societies, designed to increase transparency and accountability in the construction sector. CoST is supported by the Department for International Development (DFID) and the World Bank and piloted in seven countries.
